During this consultation products will be discussed, routines and techniques will be put in place, and a health history will be conducted talking about medications, allergies, sensitivities, genetics, health issues, stress, mental health along with lifestyle habits. Additionally a nutritional discussion will also take place. Nutrition is a important topic covered within the Advanced Skincare Consultation. Together we will unpack how your diet is influencing your skin and you will leave with a wonderful assortment of healthy recipes and alternatives. This consultation option is more then just a conversation and intake form. A full skin analysis is done using a woods lamp, which will allow me to see the skin at a deeper level. This consultation package also comes with a 15% off month long discount on products and facials. Once the suggestions have been put in place a 15-minute follow up appointment will be scheduled. This Advanced Skincare Consultation is the only option not offered online; for best results and proper skin analysis it must be done in person. This option is $150 for 60 minutes. This consultation is a collective process; your input and daily dedication along with my expertise will develop a care plan inclusive of strategies to manage non-cooperative skin. As a certified aesthetician I have tips and tricks that can be implemented to aid in skin care and recovery. The Advanced Skincare Consultation Includes: - Discussion about products client is currently using - Suggestion and discussion for other products recommendations - Create am /pm routine  - Complete health history; discussion including medications /genetics /allergies/ sensitivities/ health issues/ diet / stress/ lifestyle and how they are influential on the skin - Discussion on how diet influences skin and creating a healthier lifestyle and routine in regards to food. - A variety and wide selection of clean eating recipes good for your body and skin - Nutritional alternatives Options - Explanation of free radicals and external sources that damage the skin - lifestyle habit tricks/ revisions/ routines /suggestions
